I transferred from Chamblee High School to Tucker High School in the 9th grade and remember everyone being friendly and helpful which made me feel a part of the 9th grade class. I have good memories of Tucker High School – friends (need to reconnect with), football games, sock-hops in the old gym and spend-the-night parties.

I met my husband Ray at Northside Alliance Church my senior year and we married a year later in 1963. I have worked as a secretary most of my working career and Ray has worked in sales. We have two daughters, Leslie who is a hairdresser and Julie who is a nurse. They are both married and Julie is the mother of our two grandchildren, Jeremiah and Jessica (Jessie). Jeremiah is working on his eagle scout badge and plays the tuba in Mill Creek HS band. Jessie plays soccer, the bass clarinet and loves to bake anything sweet. They are the apple of my eye!

Ray and I retired in 2009 and enjoying retirement. Ray has a small business at home, volunteers at the hospital and we are both involved in our church. I’m still trying to decide where I want to volunteer my time. We enjoy time with family, traveling and hiking in the North Georgia Mountains.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at our 50th class reunion.
